We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria :
- In case we send a wrong or defective item we will accept return. If your item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Return request should be raised within 15 business days of receipt. We will not be able to offer a refund for any orders that exceed the 15 business day refund period.
- Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
- Product should reach us in sellable condition.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We do not give a refund if you entered a wrong shipping address, please kindly understand that all orders are processed immediately and ship out the same day or few days after.
- If your order is returned due to an insufficient address or the order had been held at your local postal office and you didn't claim the package at the end of given period, there will be a US$9.99 fee deducted from the refund to cover our cost of shipping and processing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
